Where Does the Money Go?

PTO funds support the projects and activities that happen at Beaver Creek (BC) to benefit BC children and support our BC teachers and staff. Yes, you pay school taxes, but those taxes don't cover all of the "extras" that make your child's school experience a well-rounded one. The next time a fundraiser comes home in your son or daughter’s backpack please consider purchasing something and know that your money is being well spent.

In lieu of participation in fund-raisers, a one-time donation to BC PTO would also be fine. However, the fundraising flyers will still be sent home to everyone as it is too difficult to keep track of who should not receive them. Thanks for your understanding on this matter.

A full list of fundraisers by date will be updated below in September for your planning purposes. Please note that this list contains major fundraisers. Not included are ongoing rebates programs such as Target Red Card and Box Tops. There may be other activities such as Family Fun Nights that have a small cost to attend. In addition, some special projects such as the Holiday Shop do produce a small profit for the PTO, but are considered more of a service to students rather than outright fundraisers.
