Open Committee Chair Positions

The following committees are in need of chair and co-chair positions for the 2011-2012 school year. If you are interested in taking an active leadership role in one of these positions, please contact PTO Co-President Jen Henning at jenniferhenningpto@gmail.com or 610-873-7407.

Book Fair
Help set up and/or operate the sale of books in morning, afternoon, or evening shifts during the fall (October) and spring (May) book fairs.

Family Portrait Fundraiser
Work with the PTO selected photographer to promote the fundraiser through flyers in Backpack Express, information in the Beaver Banner PTO pages, and on the PTO website. Assist photographer with scheduling. Serve as liaison between photographer and PTO board and school principal.

Talent Show
Assist in rehearsals and performance operations. Chair will schedule auditions/registration, dress rehearsals, and coordinate the show performance. Typically scheduled in February.
