Restaurant Nights

Approximately four to six times per school year the PTO hosts Beaver Creek days and/or nights at area restaurants. The PTO earns a percentage of designated sales on that day and/or night. Some restaurants require a special form while others simply require you to mention "Beaver Creek" when placing your order. Information will be sent home in Backpack Express and posted here when available for each restaurant.

As with all other fundraisers, participation in Restaurant Nights is optional. For some, this offers an excellent opportunity for the PTO to earn a percentage of money a family would already spend eating out. If Restaurant Nights are not a good fit for your family, please explore the other PTO fundraisers for options that match your family needs.

Date Night at Avalon Pasta Bistro - during the month of March Avalon Pasta Bistro will donate 10% of your check total on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after 6:00 p.m. Simply present the flyer to your server.

McDonald's Night - mark your calendar now for Thursday, March 15, 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. for Beaver Creek Night at McDonald's located at 227 E. Lancaster Avenue in Downingtown (across from Dane Decor). Drive-thru included! More details to follow in Backpack Express.

Chick-fil-A Night - mark your calendar now for Wednesday, April 18 for Beaver Creek Night at Chick-fil-A located in Ashbridge Square shopping center in Downingtown. Drive-thru included! More details to follow in Backpack Express.
